Our Ambassadors

McFadden Donna

Donna is a retired school teacher and lives in Portales, New Mexico.  She has three grown children and ten grandchildren.  She learned to quilt from her grandmother at a young age and has been incredibly happy to rekindle her interest in quilting since her retirement.  During the COVID quarantine she made 1200 fabric masks to donate to retirement facilities as well as to family and friends.  Her husband is an area missionary serving forty-three Baptist churches on the eastern side of New Mexico.  Her hope is to make this part of New Mexico aware of the need for the Dress A Girl dresses and then fill that need.

Wesson Dee

Dee sewed clothes until she retired and then started quilting. She has taught quilting classes and sewing is my passion. She says, "I believe in Dress a Girl Around the World is a wonderful way to reach out and enrich girls lives."
